Thank you. Good morning. My name is Jimmy Lee, I'm the Executive Chairman of the corporation, and I will act as Chairman of this meeting. Today's meeting is also being webcast live through our virtual meeting facilities. We strive to make the meeting as inclusive as possible and are excited to offer our shareholders the opportunity to participate and vote via the virtual shareholders' meeting.
