Hey, everyone. Thanks for joining us. I'm Jason Gabelman, one of the energy analysts here at Cowen covering next-generation fuels among other subsectors. Pleased to be joined by Geoff Trukenbrod, the CFO of LanzaTech.
LanzaTech developed a disruptive synthetic biology platform that can transform waste into sustainable materials such as aviation fuel using a combination of gasification and fermentation. The company is operating two plants today, has another seven under construction. It's recently been acquired by a SPAC that is pending close.
