Hello. Hi, everyone. Welcome, everyone. I can see a lot of shareholder, a lot of names appear on the screen. Welcome to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Gracell Biotechnologies. I'm William Cao, Chief Executive Officer of Gracell Technologies (sic) [Gracell Biotechnologies]. And as the Chairman of the Board, I will act as chairman of the meeting in accordance with the company's currently effective articles of association. Ms. Erin Li, General Counsel of Gracell Biotechnologies, will act as the secretary of the meeting.
According to the company's articles of association, at least 2 holders of shares being not less than aggregate of 50% of all votes attaching to all shares in issue and entitled to vote, present in person or by proxy, or if a corporation or other nonnatural person by its duly authorized representative shall be a quorum for all purposes. As we have a quorum, I declare the meeting open.
