Well, good morning, again, for those of you that I didn't wish good morning to earlier. I'm Shariq Yosufzai. I'm Chairman of the Board of Aqua Metals. And let me kind of give you the drill for this morning.
We're going to begin with a presentation that Steve Cotton, our President and CEO, will provide us, which was going to be a synopsis of operational highlights of AQMS. Then we'll call the annual meeting of the shareholders to order. And at the end of the meeting and the tabulation of the voting results, there will be time for Q&A. We will not take Q&A at the end of the slide presentation. However, if you should have questions, please write those down, and we'll have the ability to return back to the slides, should you have certain questions about specific slides.
