Good morning. I'm Noubar Afeyan, Chairman of the Board of Moderna. Thank you for joining us this morning, and welcome to the Moderna 2021 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. Although our company has made significant strides in helping combat the pandemic, today's meeting will be held virtually again, and we appreciate your understanding of the precautions we've taken.
