Edelman Financial Services is currently one of the largest independent financial planning firms in the U.S. and operates its business both online and through its 41 offices located around the country. Edelman Financial Services utilizes both research done in house and externally to conduct its investment business. The company invests almost exclusively in the finance sector, which alone makes up over 80% of its total asset allocations, and also invests in the materials and energy sectors to a lesser degree.
