Thank you. Thanks, everyone. Welcome here today. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Steve Rossi, CEO and Founder of Worksport Ltd. And we'll start talking about basically the whole company as it is, but we want everyone to bear with me as we tell the story. These are some basic bits of information about our company: NASDAQ issuer, latest price in the $5, high $5, $6, $7, market cap in around $100 million, good cap structure, very little debt, no institutional debt, generally a pretty clean company. We're pretty proud of what we've been able to build.
