Q3 2023 Vantage Towers AG Trading Statement Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our analyst call regarding our quarter 3 results for the financial year 2023.
So before we jump into Q&A, as we are in the middle of process, I would -- I thought I should share a quick update on where we are at on the voluntary takeover offer. There was an initial acceptance period that ran up to the 10th of January. And at the end of that period, the takeover offer had been accepted by approximately 7.17% of the share capital. So that takes the total tendered percentage to just short of 89%.
The additional acceptance period ended last Friday, January 27, and the final number of Vantage Towers shares tendered under the takeover offer will be published tomorrow on the 1st of February once the confirmation of the final outcome has been established. So there's 2 banking days of accounting that need to be taken into account. Hence, the results will be issued tomorrow on the 1st of February. So I don't have the number as of today.
