Keyera Corp. - Independent Chairman of the Board

(technical difficulty) is Doug Haughey, our Lead Independent Director and Chair of our Compensation and Governance Committee. Eileen Marikar, Keyera's Chief Financial Officer is also online to answer any questions. The remainder of our Board of Directors and Keyera's executive team as well as representatives of Deloitte LLP, Keyera's independent auditors, are also attending today's meeting virtually.

Before beginning the formal part of the meeting, I wish to take a few moments on behalf of the board to acknowledge 3 individuals, who have been instrumental to Keyera and its success. First, I would like to acknowledge David Smith, Keyera's former CEO, who retired at the end of 2020. I wish to thank David for his leadership over his 22 years with Keyera.
