Good day and welcome to SNN Network Summer Virtual Event. Our next presenting company is BriaCell Therapeutics. It is now my pleasure to turn the floor over to Bill Williams, President and CEO of BriaCell Therapeutics. Sir, the floor is yours.

I'm going to use our capitalization structure table to give you a little bit of background on the company. The company grew out of a technology developed by Dr. Charles Wiseman who came out of MD Anderson, was affiliated with USC. And when he was at the St. Vincent's Medical Center in Los Angeles, developed our technology back in the early 2000s, had a funding hiatus. But then the company did manage to get funded back in late 2014 and into the clinic into 2017 and 2018, which I'll be discussing.
