Okay, great. Thanks for everyone joining in the room and on the webcast as well. I'm Kurt Yinger, residential building products and distribution coverage here at D.A. Davidson. I'm joined by Dwight Gibson, CEO; as well as Kelly Janzen, CFO of BlueLinx. So I'm going to turn it over to you guys to start. If you guys want to run through some slides and then we'll jump into Q&A.

Yeah. So hey, thanks again for taking the time. Looking forward to the conversation. I will try to go through these [slides] fairly quickly. Hopefully, you're somewhat familiar with the story.

I'll start by saying one of the things I'm really excited about BlueLinx is just where we are. Clearly, a lot of anxiety out there now around housing and starts and what's going to happen. I still am a big fan of and believer in housing -- US housing. I think the macros and the demographics, all things are really supportive over time.
