Ladies and gentlemen, greetings, and welcome to Workhorse Group's Second Quarter 2021 Investor Conference Call. As a reminder, this conference is being recorded.

It is now my pleasure to introduce your host, Workforce Group's Vice President of Finance, Tony Furey. Sir, you may begin.

Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. We appreciate you taking the time to join us for our call.

Before the market opened, we issued a press release with our results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021, a copy of which is in the Investor Relations section of our website. We also released our Form 10-Q this morning.

I'm going to turn the call over to our CEO, Rick Dauch, in a few moments, and Rick will give you an update on our business. After that, our CEO (sic) [CFO] Steve Schrader, will walk us through the financial results for the quarter.
