My name is Brendan Flood, and I'm the President, Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. I will serve as the Chairman of this virtual special meeting of stockholders. Mr. Nick Koutsivitis, our Senior Vice President, Internal Auditor, Risk, will act as secretary of the meeting.
