Hi, everybody. My name is Dennis Nguyen. I'm the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Society Pass Incorporated. And we're building the next-generation digital ecosystem and loyalty platform in Southeast Asia.
Company, of course, was founded in June 2018 in my garage in Newport Beach, California. And then, of course, over the next three years, we built out our company. We went public via Maxim on November 21 -- November 2021, raised $28 million between that. And the follow-on, we raised total of what, USD35 million, net proceeds of roughly $30 million.
Company is in corporate in the state of Nevada. However, headquartered in Singapore. We operate in five of the largest Southeast Asian countries, principally Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and of course, Thailand. And we currently have over 200 employees.
