Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Brent Rosenthal, and I'm the Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors of RiceBran Technologies. It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting is now called to order.

I've asked Todd Mitchell, our CFO and COO, to record the minutes.

Before proceeding to the formal business of our meeting, let me introduce the RiceBran directors, corporate officers and others serving RiceBran, who are with us today.
