Thank you very much. Good morning. Welcome to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Quanterix Corporation. I'm Kevin Hrusovsky, Executive Chairman of the company. Joining me at today's meeting is our President and CEO, Masoud Toloue. In accordance with the notice of the meeting, I now call the meeting to order. We are again holding this year's meeting virtually due to the public health impact of COVID-19 pandemic and to prioritize the health and the well-being of our meeting participants.
