Welcome to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Quanterix Corporation. As was noted, I'm the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call the meeting to order.

We are holding this year's meeting virtually due to the public health concerns and to prioritize the health and well-being of our meeting participants.
