Thank you, and good morning, and welcome to Hydro's Q4 Presentation and Conference Call. We will start with the presentation, followed by a Q&A session. Both will be hosted by our CFO, Pal Kildemo, who will be presenting Q4 and Q2 going forward, while our CEO will also present at Q1 and Q3, which will include more of a strategic focus.

The presentation slides we will walk through can be seen on the webcast. A link to the webcast as well as the slides can be found on hydro.com.
