Ladies and gentlemen, good morning, and welcome to the Autumn Conference 2020. My name is Reidar Gjaerum. I'm heading up Corporate Communication in Equinor. On behalf of Equinor, the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy and the International Energy Agency, IEA, it's my pleasure to open the conference.

This year, we are hosting it from Equinor's office in Fornebu and unfortunately, not from the Norske theater. But since we can't gather a physical audience, we're happy to be joined by an even larger group than we normally have through this streaming.
