Good morning, everyone. It's now exactly 10:00 a.m. so I'll call the annual meeting to order. I'm James Gorman, Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley.

Thanks to our -- Welcome to our 2009 (sic) [2019] Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Thank you for those of you joining us today in Westchester and those listening on the webcast.

Here with me on the podium today are Jon Pruzan, who is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Eric Grossman, also Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer; and Marty Cohen, Vice President, Counsel, Corporate Secretary and the organizer of these meetings and all the processes around it with his team and does a fabulous job. Also with us today in the audience are your Board of Directors sitting here in the front row and members of the operating committee who are also gathered in the front of the podium -- front of the meeting.
