Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the PageGroup 2019 First Quarter Trading Update. I'm Kelvin Stagg, Chief Financial Officer; and I have with me Oliver Watson, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Director for North America, who will be available at the end of the call when we will answer any questions you may have.

As I'm sure you're aware, on the 15th of March, we reported that Steve Ingham, our CEO, had an accident while skiing that resulted in a severe back injury and that we anticipated that this would lead to his absence from the group for a number of weeks.
