Good morning, everyone, and welcome to PageGroup's 2018 Full Year Results Presentation. I'm Kelvin Stagg, Chief Financial Officer; and I have with me Steve Ingham, our Chief Executive Officer; and Matt Mowlam, our Group Digital Director, who will be available for the question session at the end. I will shortly take you through the financial review, before handing over to Steve for the regional results, the strategic update and a summary.

Although I will not read it through, I'd just like to make reference to the legal formalities that are covered in the cautionary statement in the appendix of this presentation and which will also be available on our website following the presentation.

2018 was another record year for the group, with gross profit of GBP 814.9 million, up from GBP 711.6 million in 2017. In constant currencies, this represented growth of 15.9%, up from 9.8% in the previous year. 23 of our 36 countries had record years, including all of our Large, High Potential markets, being Germany,
