Good afternoon, and welcome to KONE's First Quarter Earnings call. My name is Natalia Valtasaari, and I'm Head of Investor Relations at KONE. I'm joined here today by our President and CEO, Henrik Ehrnrooth; and our CFO, Ilkka Hara. As usual, Henrik will go through the business highlights for the first quarter and speak about the business outlook for the remainder of the year.
