Good morning, everyone. My name is Ita Brennan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Arista Networks. Welcome to our 2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting, which this year is taking place virtually due to the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic.

Before I call the meeting to order, let me begin by introducing the members of our Board of Directors and executive officers of Arista Networks who are all on the call today. The members of the Board attending are Andy Bechtolsheim, our Chairman and Chief Development Officer; Jayshree Ullal, our President and Chief Executive Officer; Charlie Giancarlo; Ann Mather; Dan Scheinman; Mark Templeton; and Nikos Theodosopoulos. In addition to our Board members, we also have present Marc Taxay, our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
