It is now 9:00 a.m. and I'm please to welcome you all to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Ceres Power Holdings PLC held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft in London. As a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and in line with government advice, we adopted changes to the traditional running of the company's AGM. The company has made arrangements for a quorum to be present to transact the formal business of the meeting as set out in the notice of AGM with other shareholders attending by webinar.

At this time, I call the meeting to order. Let me introduce myself and also my fellow directors. I am Warren Finegold, Chairman of the Board. This is my first AGM of the company, and I am delighted to have joined the Board at such an exciting time in the company's development and during a year of extraordinary achievement. You will hear more about this after the meeting when the Chief Executive presents his review of the business.
