Thank you and good morning, all. I'm sorry we haven't been in touch for several weeks. But as you know, we've got a lot going on. I'm sure there are several questions about the recent events. So let me try to get ahead of at least some of them with a bit of an opening statement.

First off, while we've been quiet for the last few weeks, I'm sure you can understand that it doesn't make a lot of sense to be making nonmaterial announcements while going through such a significant change of the Board until the new Directors are up to speed in the business.
