So let's start good afternoon, and welcome, everyone, to our IFRS 17 education event. Now I know we are firmly in advent calendar season. And as a consequence, I'd like to thank you for turning up today. I know this is not going to be at the top of your Christmas present list, but if you come away with a better understanding of how IFRS 17 applies to Hiscox, then it will certainly fill me with some Christmas cheer.

Now I'd just like you to just rewind a bit and recall that in September, we had a fuller technical session. So today's presentation really builds on that information.
