Good morning, ladies and gentlemen and fellow shareholders. I would like to welcome you all to this Annual Meeting of the Common Shareholders of RF Capital Group, Inc. My name is Don Wright. I am the Chair of the Board of Directors of RF Capital and in accordance with RF Capital's bylaws, I will be chairing this meeting.

In the event I am disconnected from the meeting as a result of a technical malfunction, Krista Coburn, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will step in and assume the role of Chair of the meeting. On behalf of the Board, I wish to express my sincere thanks to all of you who are joining us today and as well to those who have submitted their proxies in advance.
