All right, everyone. Thank you for joining us here today. This morning, we announced that Riot has agreed to acquire Whinstone. And we are very excited to share additional information with you on this call about the transaction and introduce you to Whinstone US and the value we see this acquisition adding to Riot Blockchain.

My name is Jason Les. I am the CEO of Riot Blockchain, and I'll be walking you through this presentation today. Riot Blockchain is a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq.
