Despite short-term impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, Team Zalaris continued weathering the storm, delivering Q3 of all customer commitments, maintaining stable revenue levels and negligible churn, again, providing the robustness of our now 20-year-old business model of long-term agreements with securing recurring revenue streams.
