Thank you very much, and thanks for joining us this morning as we present our first half Q3 results, again, very proud of the results the company has generated for this period in my view of the best and most balanced results that the company has presented in our history as a public company. Joining me today is Andrew Crowther, our CFO; and for the first time Matthew Caporella, our COO. We'll talk about that, particularly about the engineering focus of the company, which has obviously been one of the major factors in our growth story, and Andrew will walk through the financial results.
