Okay. I think we're going to get started folks. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Hopefully, you had a chance in the last 8 hours to get some sleep after celebrating the Raptors' victory. I'm sure that there'll be continued celebrations throughout the day. My name is Jim Gabel, I'm the President and Chief Executive Officer of Roots Corporation. And we are delighted that you are joining us today for the Annual Board Meeting. So on behalf of the Board and the corporation, we'd like to welcome you to our 2018 Annual General Meeting.

Joining me at the head table is Erol Uzumeri, our Chairman of the Board; Jim Rudyk, our Chief Financial Officer; and Kaleb Honsberger, our Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary. First, we'll have a formal part of the agenda, and Erol will conduct that. And then I'll provide a corporate update in terms of direction of the business and our results over the past 12 months.
