Thank you very much, Andy. Thank you, Jefferies, for having us. So just an overview of FAT Brands here, we are a global restaurant franchising company, and we operate 17 different restaurant brands. We develop those brands, we market those brands, but we are all about franchising, and our view of this business is that franchisees are a customer.
