Good morning. I am Dr. Roger Pomerantz, Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of ContraFect Corporation and the Chairman of today's meeting. I'm very happy to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders being held virtually in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce to you the other members of the Board and the other officers of the company who are with us today.
