Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Jack Phillips, a member of the Board of Directors and also President and Chief Executive Officer of Accelerate Diagnostics. I would like to call to order and welcome you to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'll be serving as the Chairman of this meeting.

The meeting is a virtual only meeting because of COVID-19 pandemic. Virtual only meetings are permitted under Delaware law and the company's bylaws.

Before I go any further, I'd like to introduce other members of the company management who are here with me today: Steve Reichling, Chief Financial Officer; and Michael Bridge, our General Counsel. We also have several members of our Board of Directors on the line, including Chairman, John Patience, and Roland Diggelmann, Louise Francesconi is also with us today.
