Thanks very much, Ashley, and good morning, everybody, and welcome to the Regis Healthcare results presentation for the half year ended 31 December 2022. And as Ashley mentioned, my name is Linda Mellors, I'm the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Regis.

I'd like to begin our call today by acknowledging the Wurundjeri, Woiwurrung people of the Kulin Nation, traditional custodians of the land on which we meet and pay my respects to their elders past, present and emerging, and I extend that respect to any aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people joining us on the call.
