Thank you, operator. And good morning, everyone. This meeting is officially called to order.

I am Christian Schade, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aprea, and I want to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Scott Coiante, our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will act as Secretary of the meeting.

In light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, we have chosen to conduct the annual meeting in a virtual format. We are pleased to be able to hold a meeting that stockholders can attend virtually, enabling everyone to engage with the company while staying safe and maintaining appropriate social distancing.

And with that, I will turn the meeting over to the Secretary for some brief introductory comments.
