Hi. Good morning. This morning, it's my pleasure to introduce the management of Air Products. Scott Crocco, who is the Chief Financial Officer, was to be here this morning, but he is ill. And so substituting for Scott is Simon Moore, who's the Head of Investor Relations at Air Products. I think Simon has been at Air Products for a little less than 30 years. And he's run electronics businesses, tonnage businesses. And so in my opinion, he's not unfamiliar with the operations of Air Products and I think understands its strategy well.

And so what we thought we would do is we would chat with Simon. Well, it will be a fireside chat discussion. But if you have a question and -- because we can go back and forth, please make some sort of signal or yell or something like that.
