Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Nice to see some very familiar faces in the room. My name is John Bevan, and I am your Chairman of Ansell Limited. It is my great pleasure to welcome you today to the 2023 Ansell Annual General Meeting. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which we meet today. The Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. I pay my respects to their elders, both past and present.

Before I open the meeting, I'd like to take you through the procedural aspects of the meeting. Today's meeting is being held in person as well as virtually via the Computershare platform, whether shareholders proxy holders and guests can watch a live webcast of the meeting, and shareholders and proxies can ask questions and submit questions and votes online. A significant number of shareholders have already voted, appointed proxies and submitted questions ahead of this meeting, and I thank them for doing so.
