So I think maybe just to start, if we could talk about Altimmune's synthetic peptide technology platform, how did this come to be in its current form and what makes it differentiated from others in the market?

So as you know, we are developing two different therapeutic candidates, both peptide-based, based on synthetic peptide platform technology, and we have made specific modifications to this peptide -- to these peptides to accomplish a specific goal. For instance, to increase half-life of the peptide molecule. So our first candidate is ALT-801, or Pemvidutide. It is a GLP-1 glucagon dual agonist
