Microsoft (MSFT, Financial) shareholders have voted against a proposal to invest in Bitcoin and refused demands to disclose risks associated with artificial intelligence (AI). This proposal was put forward by Michael Saylor, co-founder of MicroStrategy (MSTR), representing the Free Enterprise Project during Microsoft's online shareholder meeting. The Free Enterprise Project also submitted a similar proposal to Amazon. This decision highlights ongoing shareholder caution regarding cryptocurrency investments and AI transparency.
