Niu Technologies (NIU, Financials), listed on Nasdaq, has launched a nationwide direct-to-consumer sales platform for its XQi3 all-electric dirt bikes. As a result of the news, shares of the EV player rose around 8% but shares settled, and, on last look, the stock is up around 2%.

With choices for financing, registration, and delivery, the portal lets American consumers buy the XQi3 Wild and XQi3 Street models straight online, thereby simplifying the purchasing procedure.

Features including real-time titling, registration, and Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin issuing help users of the Niu Moto Sales Platform shop, finance, and finish their transactions online. Once bought, the dirt motorcycles are sent to local dealers or consumers for final assembly.

The portal connects with Niu's more than 100 dealers all over, including flagship stores in Miami and San Diego. It seeks to increase dealer reach by means of online-to-office traffic and hence improve consumer access to Niu's electric cars.

To enable the backend operations of the platform and provide tools for digitizing dealer transactions, Niu Technologies teamed with Ekho Dealer. This cooperation aims to simplify the sales procedure for dealers and riders all throughout the United States, therefore enhancing accessibility.

Recent changes to the XQi3 lineup—including price cuts and over-the-air software updates—formulate the launch. Niu's action captures a larger trend toward increased accessibility and convenience in the market for electric cars.
