NetEase (NTES, Financial) saw a pre-market decline of 2.27%, trading at $80. The drop comes amidst recent announcements regarding its mobile game, "Project Revival," which will cease operations due to underperformance.
The company has already closed the download portal as of October 14 and halted game purchases and new user registrations. The game will officially stop operations and shut down its servers on December 12, after which players will no longer be able to access it.
