Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining us on Bezeq 2024 first quarter earnings call. I'm Tobi Fischbein, CFO of the Bezeq Group, joining us from senior management team we have Mr. Tomer Raved, Bezeq's Chairman; Nir David, Bezeq's new CEO, welcome you. the Ilan Sigal, CEO of Pelephone and yes.

With that said, let me now turn the call over to Tommer for his opening remarks.
